Editorial policy

How PODCanada evaluates suppliers and publishes recommendations

A transparent framework for research, scoring, corrections, reader reviews, and commercial relationships.

Research and scoring

We organize public supplier information around Canadian fulfillment, shipping, product coverage, platform integrations, currency support, quality, pricing, and operating fit. Scores are comparative editorial assessments—not laboratory measurements.

Writing and review

The PODCanada Editorial Team maintains each profile. AI tools may assist with drafting or structure, but they are not treated as a source. Claims should remain traceable to the structured facts shown on the page and are reviewed before publication.

Reader submissions

Reader reviews are distinct from editorial analysis. New submissions remain unpublished until moderated for relevance and obvious abuse. Publication does not mean PODCanada verified the contributor's identity or endorses the opinion.

Commercial independence

PODCanada participates in approved Printful, CustomCat, and Teelaunch programs; the Printify application remains submitted. No public SinaLite affiliate program was located during the August 2026 review. Links remain standard until an exact approved destination is active. An affiliate relationship never buys a score, ranking, verdict, or positive review.

Featured Partner placements

A supplier may separately purchase a clearly labelled Featured Partner placement. Paid inventory is stored outside supplier records and is never read by score, directory order, verdict, or Best For logic. Affiliate approval alone does not create a featured placement, and no placement can be presented as an editorial winner.

Affiliate conduct

Affiliate links activate only after a reader chooses a labelled Visit Website button. We do not use cookie stuffing, hidden frames, self-referrals, coupon promotion, deceptive redirects, or paid search ads that bid on supplier trademarks. We store the exact approved partner destination rather than inventing or modifying tracking parameters.

Corrections and updates

Supplier operational facts follow a quarterly re-verification cadence. Profiles show the last verification, next scheduled review, and a compact change log. Readers or vendors can report outdated information directly to the editorial form; material corrections are checked before publication.

Limits of our coverage

Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, analysis is based on editorial research rather than an undisclosed product order or first-hand fulfillment test. Prices and availability should be confirmed with the supplier before a decision.
