Email subscriptions are currently disabled. PODCanada stores the name, email address, subject, and message supplied through the contact form so the editorial team can respond. Vendor registration details are stored for supplier review, and reader reviews are stored for moderation before publication. Contact details are accessible through protected administration pages and are not published as part of vendor listings.

When analytics is enabled, the site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, device types, and referral sources. This helps us improve guides and shopping tools, but it is not used to sell personal information.

When you use a supplier button, our internal redirect may record the supplier slug, whether the destination was a standard or affiliate link, the button placement, the referring page, and the click time. This aggregate event data helps us evaluate which recommendations are useful. It does not include your name or email address.

The supplier shortlist uses your browser's local storage to remember up to two suppliers for comparison. That shortlist stays on your device and is not submitted to PODCanada. You can remove individual suppliers or clear the shortlist at any time.

Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of form information associated with your email address.
